RETURNS POLICY / FAQs
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product within 28 days of the date you purchased it.
Please email us notifying us of your intention to return an item and your reason for return. We will then email you the address to send the return to.
Any product you return for exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns when the contents has have been damaged by the individual. Please make sure you quote the original order number. If items are damaged in transit, or faulty, please email us with a photograph and details.
You must pay for returns postage and once we have received the items back we will inspect item and reward a full refund including your postage costs. We will only refund postage costs with a valid receipt which must be emailed to us after posting or a copy included in the parcel.
Please email us notifying us of your return and we will send the returns address.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we can send Buttoned and Braced products to all our friends internationally.

We send all our parcels Royal Mail 1st Class and any International Parcels will be sent Royal Mail International Standard.
